Hi, I’m Jen Jefferies McNay. I help founders and executive teams turn strategy into execution. I bring clarity, structure, and momentum to growing organizations, aligning priorities, systems, and people so work moves forward with focus and ease.
My Story
I’ve spent over fifteen years helping companies move from strategy to execution across industries like digital media, wellness, and lifestyle. After leading operations, planning, and special projects at high-growth startups, I founded my consulting practice to help other leaders create the same clarity and alignment that drive meaningful progress.
Today, I offer services to founders, executives, and small teams as a Fractional Chief of Staff and Strategic Operations Consultant, focusing on operational systems, OKRs, business modeling, and forecasting frameworks that make growth more sustainable and less chaotic.
Outside of work, I’m a longtime yogi, rock climber, and singer-songwriter. I live in Montclair, NJ, with my husband, our two young boys, and our wirehaired dachshund, Bix.
